Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Select Flow, a photo selection gallery operated by Kashyap Media, a sole proprietorship (“Select Flow”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Select Flow lets photographers and studios upload photos, invite clients to view them, collect favorites and edit requests, and export selection lists. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Free trial and billing

Select Flow is offered as a paid subscription with a free trial. The trial may require a payment method, and unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription begins and the plan fee is charged. Fees are billed in advance for the chosen billing period and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos and other content you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the service to you and the clients you invite. You are responsible for having the rights to upload and share the content you put on Select Flow.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• use the service to violate anyone’s rights or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Deletion of content

You can delete your projects and account. When you delete a project, it is removed from active use and then permanently deleted after a retention period, after which it cannot be recovered. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Please keep your own copies of important files.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Select Flow will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in India.
