Select Flow is a photo selection gallery operated by Kashyap Media, a sole proprietorship (“Select Flow”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using Select Flow you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and the workspace and project details you create.
• Content you upload — the photos, albums, selections, and edit requests that you and your invited clients add to a project.
• Billing information — when you subscribe, payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Usage information — basic technical data such as your browser type and actions in the app, which we use to keep the service working and secure.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, maintain, and improve the service;
• let you create galleries and let your clients view and select photos;
• process subscriptions and send service-related messages;
• keep accounts secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information or your uploaded content to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Advertising and analytics

We currently do not run any advertising and have not added any advertising or tracking pixels to the service. In the future we may add analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how the service is used, and we may run ads. If we do, we will update this policy to describe what is collected and how it is used.

Third-party services and data storage

We rely on trusted third-party cloud providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Cloudflare, to host and deliver the service and to store your content. Your data is stored in data centers located in India. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete a project, it is removed from active use and then permanently deleted after a retention period. This short delay protects against accidental deletion and allows for backups to cycle out. Once permanently deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You can access, update, or delete your account information from within the app. To request deletion of your account or to ask any question about your data, contact us using the details below.

Children

Select Flow is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
